Ashland University Claims Department of Education Wrongly Imposed $6M Fine



Ohio-based Ashland University filed a complaint in federal court last week seeking to have the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education enjoined from imposing a $6 million penalty a،nst the university for the government’s alleged incorrect calculation of Pell Grant funds for its Second Chance Pell students.
