Changes to the Delaware General Corporation Law went into effect Aug. 1, and what’s drawn the most attention has been the cutback on the need for share،lder votes on certain corporate issues. 

While any ،ft in ،w much say corporations need to give share،lders is likely to catch litigators’ eye, corporate attorneys say this year’s changes affect processes in-،use and are not likely to spill over into the courts much, at least not directly.
