Kir،d & Ellis filed a lawsuit on behalf of Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, challenging the state’s recently enacted House Bill 23-1002, which regulates the distribution of generic epinephrine auto-injectors, more commonly known as “epipens.”
